With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Shiva combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, enabling him to bridge the gap between on-ground execution and strategic decision-making. He plays a pivotal role in shaping Raashiv’s vision of delivering practical, result-oriented solutions across industries.

He brings hands-on experience across business development, project execution, and client relationship management, having led multiple initiatives involving client acquisition, site operations, and team leadership. His approach is deeply rooted in understanding real-world challenges and building solutions that are not just theoretical, but executable and scalable.

Prior to founding Raashiv, Shiva held key roles in both engineering and business development domains, gaining extensive exposure to industrial projects, structural works, and operational management. This diverse experience allows him to drive projects with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
